Vacuum Pump Stators

Precision Plus offers high quality precision engineered Stators (also referred to as cylinders or exhaust/intake rings). Precision Plus stators are used on many different rotary piston vacuum pump brands including Leybold-Oerlikon, Edwards, Alcatel-Adixen, Welch, Precision Scientific, Stokes and Varian-Agilent.

Precision Plus vacuum pump Stators are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and performance. We maintain a state of the art inspection and testing facility where all parts are checked for proper performance and fit. Every part we sell must pass a rigid and thorough incoming inspection process.
