Filters for Vacuum Pumps

Precision Plus offers high quality precision engineered Filters (also referred to as exhaust separators, demisters and elements). Precision Plus Filters are used on many different oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump brands including Busch, Leybold-Oerlikon, Edwards, Alcatel-Adixen, Welch, Sogevac, Rietschle and Becker. Our product line includes both inlet and exhaust filters to help ensure a clean and healthy operating environment.
 
Precision Plus filters are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and performance. We maintain a state of the art inspection and testing facility where all parts are checked for proper performance and fit. Every part we sell must pass a rigid and thorough incoming inspection process.
